The Governance

The EVH Governance is a multi-layered organizational structure, composed of the following bodies:

• Steering Committee
• Coordination team
• Independent External Advisory Committee

The Project Coordinator (SVA) oversees overall coordination, management and leadership, fulfilling of project governance and reporting structure, in alignment with the Scientific Coordinator, that is responsible for coordinating the project's scientific activities.

The Steering Committee (SC) is a scientific and pandemic-preparedness focused committee, ensuring the strategic coordination and main decision-making of the EVH.

The Coordination Team (CT) composed by the Project Coordinator, Scientific Coordinator and Project Managers will oversee the work of the project consortium maintaining daily oversight of the Consortium.

Pillar Leads (PLs) and co-Leads are Senior scientists who provide strategic vision, expert guidance, ensure quality and compliance, facilitate collaboration, as well as optimise resources across pillars and manage interdependencies. Scientific activities are monitored by Work Packages (WPs) Leads to ensure project activities are being performed and milestones and deliverables achieved on time.

Independent External Advisory Committee, will be set-up to assist the Steering Committee, and will be invited to provide recommendations on scientific, technological, regulatory, or production aspects.
